Cornerstone first partnered with Qdoba in 2005 to provide construction services for this growing chain of fast-casual “Fresh Mex” restaurant which features menu items that offer a bounty of fresh, Mexican-inspired ingredients that customers can choose from to design their own signature dishes. To date, Cornerstone has built over 25 locations for Qdoba throughout New England including restaurants in Patriot Place, Cambridge, and the iconic Fenway neighborhood of Boston.
