Patagonia / Denali

Client Profile

In 2012, Cornerstone began working with Denali, an independent outdoor clothing and gear retailer, and has gone on to complete six projects throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island. Denali stores provide interesting design and construction challenges with its use of actual tree poles, reclaimed doors, and rustic pallet displays to reflect their customers' connection to the outdoors. In 2017, Cornerstone partnered with Denali to build a dedicated Patagonia store on Yale's campus. In 2018, on Brown's Campus in Providence, Cornerstone built another Patagonia/Denali using locally sourced and salvaged materials and a live green wall to bring the company's outdoor aesthetic inside.
